Dear Garry,
We wanted to send a letter thanking you for the excellent service
you provided when we bought our spa from you last fall and to
let you know how much we love our spa!
When our family began talking about getting a spa, each of
us had different ideas of what we wanted out of a hot tub. Our
two daughters, ages 12 and 13 wanted enough seating for them
and their friends. Of course, they also wanted all the bells
and whistles which included a stereo, LED lights and a waterfall.
My husband and I weren't as concerned with having all the extra
features. We felt it was more important to have a spa with effective
jet placement that would soothe and relax after a long day of
work. We also had a specific amount we wanted to spend.
Our search for the perfect family spa started with educating
ourselves by searching the Internet and visiting all the spa
dealers in Kelowna. We even drove down to Vancouver so that
we could compare all the spas available to us. When we visited
Sundance Spas we gave you our wish list. You showed us our perfect
spa, which included everything we were all looking for within
our price range.
As important as it was to find the right spa for our family,
it was just as important to buy it from someone we trust. You
treated our family well right from our first visit. You listened
to us and you never tried to sell us a spa we didn't want. We
truly believe that if anything were to go wrong with our spa,
you would take care of the problem which means more to us as
consumers than anything else.
We wouldn't hesitate to send anyone in the market for a spa
to go see you at Sundance Spas and we hope they get as much
enjoyment out of their spa as we are.

To Garry at Sundance Spas:
We have been thoroughly enjoying our Sundance Optima hot tub
since it was installed in early October last year. We bought
the hot tub mostly for therapeutic reasons as I have shoulder
& neck problems and my teenage boys play lots of sports.
We chose the Optima as our family of four could all sit in it
without having each other’s knees touch, which happened
in some of the other hot tubs we tried out. Of course the strong
jets, lights, waterfall and aromatherapy were bonus reasons
for buying this hot tub.
Everybody in our family has picked their favourite corner.
I especially love the ‘massage’ chair as it does feel
like a deep massage on my back and the jets are strong enough
for me, and we all love the foot well. My sons’ friends
all love our hot tub too, with the lights, waterfall and foot
jets. And of course we have an external iPod system set-up so
they can listen to tunes as well. We didn’t buy the optional
stereo due to budget reasons, but often wish we had done so
as our portable stereo doesn’t like the rain or snow.
With regards to maintenance, we were pleasantly surprised how
easy it was to maintain the chlorine, Ph and alkaline levels.
Our water is still crystal clear, even though it is normally
extremely hard water with a high iron and calcium content.
Thanks to Garry for all his help with regards to the purchase
and installation. His customer service was above and beyond
our expectations. And thanks Sundance for making such a great
product. We hope to have many more years of enjoyment.
